auditorium
Our approximately 4000 square foot climate controlled auditorium is the perfect place for large weddings and receptions, conferences, banquets, seminars and more! It can accomodate up to 350 guests seated theater style or 250 in tables and chairs. With its modern design and upscale technology, including customizable lighting and an LED wall, this space is perfect if you’re looking for a clean, blank slate. Four large windows can be opened or closed depending on your desired style. Doors on the right side of this space leads to our covered outdoor patio.
community room
This light, bright, versatile space is perfect for gatherings up to 75 guests. Use it for cocktail hour, your reception, wedding/baby showers, parties, and more. The tall ceilings and large windows will give your event the grand vibe it deserves. The Community Room has three TV screens, customizable colored lighting and large bathrooms. Use our cozy furniture for your smaller gatherings or opt for tables and chairs for your larger affairs.
outdoor patio
Our covered outdoor patio stretches approximately 4500 square feet and looks onto our gated turf field. Add string lights and flowy drapery to this space for the perfect elegant event. It is ideal for cocktail hours, outdoor parties, and receptions. There is a large LED wall to use as you wish in this space, perfect for memory slideshows, video calling in special guests, or playing fun party games.
multi-purpose/dressing rooms
We have nine multi-purpose rooms that make perfect dressing rooms for the bridal party. They have large windows for great photo lighting, TVs to keep everyone enterained, private bathrooms and door access to outside to make unloading easier for makeup artist, hairdressors, and hauling in your attire! On your wedding day, we will have adequate hanging space for dresses/suits, refreshments, and plenty of comfy seating.
These rooms would also make the perfect space to hold a class of any kind or small business meeting. Tables and chairs can be made available. You may also have access to the TV and audio for presentations/videos.
available inventory
Gathering on Main provides either rectangular or circular tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. For parties and events over 200 guests, there will be a rental charge to get whatever else is needed. We also have 10 cocktail tables and drink carts that are available to you.
We have a limited amount of decor that you can choose from, but will continue to acquire more as our venue grows. We are eager to please our clients are are willing to discuss purchasing decor for your event and adding it to our inventory for future use.
parking
Since we are conveniently located in town center, all parking in that area is available for guests. There are handicap spots located close to the patio of the building. We are happy to assist in coordinating a valet service or golf cart rentals if your event should require it.
